Barten GmbH does not assume any liability/warranty or guarantee for the functional capability of the cleaned filters after they have been cleaned. We only guarantee that the filters are cleaned to approx. 98%. No warranty is given for the durability of the cleaned filters. Furthermore, no liability is assumed for defective filters or filters that cannot be cleaned. Likewise, liability for damage of any kind, in particular due to improper removal and installation of the filters and/or the associated damage to machines or vehicles is excluded.

Liability for contents.

The contents of our pages were created with the utmost care. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the content. As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general laws according to § 7 para.1 TMG. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, however, we are not obligated as a service provider to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.
